In Sanskrit Bhujanga means Cobra, this pose is also known as Cobra Posture.
Steps to do :
1. Lie straight on the stomach, your body must be straight, now bring the hands beside the chest.
2. Inhale and now first lift-up your chin and then slowly chest also get them backward as far as you can do, but your naval part stay on ground.
3. Stay in this posture for 1-5 minutes. In earlier stage start with few seconds, by practicing it regularly you can increase its time.
4. Now Exhale and simultaneously bring down first your chest and then chin.
Remember
Take rest in between rounds so that your body gets relaxation. Pregnant women don't do this asana in their pregnancy period.
